- Ability to work as an independent caregiver (setting your own schedule and rates directly)

Types of Non-Medical Support Families May Request
- Companionship and meaningful conversation
- Help with bathing, dressing, and personal grooming
- Meal planning and light meal preparation
- Light housekeeping tasks and laundry
- Errands and grocery shopping trips
- Medication reminders (non-administration only)
- Transportation to appointments and activities
Services Outside Our Referral Scope
Linda Healthcare Connections and referred independent caregivers do not provide: medical or nursing care, wound care, injections or medication administration, physical or occupational therapy, or emergency response services.

LHC reviews your information and may contact you directly for more details or an introduction.

If you're a good fit, LHC may introduce you to families seeking non-medical in-home support.

Families and independent caregivers communicate directly to decide if it is a match.

After You Apply
Once your application is submitted, LHC may review your information and contact you for next steps. This may include a follow-up conversation, documentation review, reference review, or interview. If your background and availability appear to match the needs of families we serve, LHC may consider you for future referral opportunities. Families make their own final decisions about whether to interview, select, or work with any caregiver.
